 The 700 tpd Phosphoric Acid Plant adopts the energy efficient Single stage Hemihydrate Process technology supplied by Hydro Agri International Licensing , Belgium presently known Yara & engineered by Krebs , France presently merged with Technip , France. 

Phosphoric Acid Process advantages :

Operation of the plant from centralized control room through Distribution Control System.

Adaptability to any grade blend of rock phosphate.

Two streams of vacuum belt filters 80 m2 area each.

Three streams of concentration units.

Recycle of water to the process to the best extent possible with minimum generation of liquid effluents.

Advanced dry gypsum handling and stacking system.
